Verification and Proof
Upload clear images or a short video of the product, ensuring the batch number and any defects are visible for our quality control team to review.
Reverse Pickup
Once approved, a courier partner will be scheduled to pick up the item from your doorstep; please ensure the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or Clinikally wallet within 5-7 business days.
